Manon Gauthier is a partner at our Montréal office. Manon was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1997 and is a graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal Law School.

· She is part of the Venture Capital, Biotech and Pharmaceutical and Regulatory Law Groups.
Professional Experience
· Represents private investors (including investment funds) and companies in private financings (venture capital).
· Has been involved in a broad range of commercial transactions including mergers, asset purchase, share purchase, corporate reorganization and public financings.
· Represents pharmaceutical companies and advises them in respect of federal and provincial legislation, industry codes of conduct and codes of ethics governing the sale, advertising and reimbursement of drugs and governing medical professionals and their dealings with pharmaceutical companies.
· Advises clients in respect of their obligations under the privacy laws, the Charter of the French Language and the Consumer Protection Act.
