Manuel Telles has extensive experience in Banking, Finance and Trust, acting as an advisor to several financial institutions, which include the Multi-Sector Investment Bank, within which he serves both as an advisor to the Board, as well as domestic legal advisor, he also has advisory positions in several development institutions, such as INFOCENTRO, Micro Enterprise Foundation FUNDAMICRO and the Foundation for Promotion of Competitiveness of the Micro and Small Enterprise CENTROMYPE, among others. Throughout his career, he has served as a member of committees in charge of writing several bills and trusts, such as the Securitization Draft Law; Agricultural Insurance Project, Draft Law on Insurance over Export Credits, Credit Buyer Project; Industrial Building Trust (FITEX); Trust of Macro and Small Enterprises (FIDEMYPE); Trust for the Issuance of Redeemable Fiduciary Certificates, called the Trust for the Environmental Conservation of Coffee Forests (FICAFE); Trust for the Issuance of Redeemable Fiduciary Certificates BM101; Law and Trust for Mutual Guarantee Societies.
