Manny is an Associate in the Litigation Section and is based in the firm's Boston office. He was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2010.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Manny served as a contract law clerk for a disability rights attorney in Los Angeles. His work there involved drafting complaints for disability rights plaintiffs in federal and California state courts, performing client intakes, drafting reports, conducting research, and writing for disability rights issues.
Manny's professional experience also includes working as a legal extern for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) and serving as an employer outreach representative in Los Angeles for Boston University School of Law. He also previously served as a summer law clerk for Chief Justice David Wellington Chew of the Eighth Court of Appeals for the State of Texas.
Manny is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is fluent in Spanish.
