Manuela is one of the founding partners of the firm.
She is one of the few women to have been identified from among the top attorneys in Italy in the Corporate/M&A sector in recent years by Chambers & Partners, Which Lawyer? and Legal 500, in particular in relation to cross-border and multi-jurisdictional operations; in 2011, she was the only woman "recommended" by Which Lawyer?, and is one of the two woman present in Chambers Global in the Corporate/M&A sector.
She advices domestic and international clients on corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She has also a significant experience on private equity and venture capital transactions and recently she has assisted international venture capital funds on investments in Italy in the media and technology sector. Before founding the firm, she worked with Baker & McKenzie, in Rome, from 1999 to 2001.
She teaches clinics on M&A and private equity at the Law School of "Universitą Commerciale Luigi Bocconi" in Milan.
She has authored various articles over the years on corporate and M&A issues, on magazines, newsletters and law reviews. She has co-authored the Italian chapter of the book "International Mergers and Acquisition Due Diligence" published by the American Bar Association.
