Marc Dufour is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal. Mr. Dufour's practice focuses on civil and administrative litigation, with an emphasis on medical liability and disciplinary law. From 1989 to 1997, he acted on disciplinary law matters, among other things as an attorney for the trustee of a professional body in Québec. For more than 15 years, he has been acting on behalf of health professionals, namely doctors, dentists and psychologists, before their respective disciplinary committees, as well as before the civil tribunals. Mr. Dufour received his law degree (LLB) in 1985 from the Université de Montréal. He was called to the Québec Bar in 1987, and he is a partner of the firm since 1994. |
