Marc Feldman represents insurance companies that are sued for bad faith, fraud and other torts. Mr. Feldman also represents clients in a variety of other business and financial disputes. He has litigated a broad range of bad faith cases, ranging from large first-party property insurance disputes to multi-million dollar claims for excess judgments. His clients include Allstate Insurance Company, the State Farm Group of Insurance Companies and Travelers. Mr. Feldman has handled lawsuits in state and federal trial courts throughout California and has argued cases before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Feldman is a former President of the Insurance Bad Faith Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association and has conducted seminars on insurance law for lawyers and industry professionals.
