Marc J. Lifset is a member in the firm's business law section, where he advises banks and financial institutions regarding consumer financial services issues, licensing, regulatory compliance and legislative matters. Manufactured Housing Finance Marc has particular expertise in the area of manufactured housing lending. Marc was the primary drafter and proponent of New York's Manufactured Housing Certificate of Title Act. Consumer Financial Services Marc has particular expertise in the areas of construction and home improvement lending and state and federal lending law compliance. Marc routinely represents lenders and investors in secondary market transactions such as whole loan sales, flow purchase agreements and asset backed securities transactions. Marc is an active member of the American Bar Association and has addressed the association on topics relating to the consumer financial services industry.
