Biography

Marc J. Musyl has more than 30 years of experience representing public and private business clients in a wide variety of matters, including capitalization, financings, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, tender offers, and the like. Marc has also been involved in international transactions involving the transfer of business and real property assets, and the protection of trade secrets and intellectual property.

Marc has industry-related experience in energy and natural resources, financial services, medical devices and bioscience, manufacturing, computer software and generally with companies whose business is driven by intellectual property and technology. Energy transactions have included complex deal structures, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances and acquisitions and dispositions assets. In the financial services industry, Marc has represented public as well as closely held commercial banks, public and private funds, broker-dealers, financial advisors, investment banks, and institutional and private investors.
