| Biography | Marc Fleischauer has been practicing law for twenty years. His diverse background includes a legal practice focused in the areas of wrongful discharge and discrimination litigation, labor arbitrations, the Family and Medical Leave Act, unfair competition law, and traditional labor law. He has defended claims brought under state and federal discrimination laws and has appeared before administrative agencies. Marc was recognized in Ohio Super Lawyers® — Rising Stars Edition, and in Best Lawyers in America® for Labor and Employment Law (2009-2011). Marc is a graduate of The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, and received his juris doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Florida. Marc was previously an Adjunct Instructor and Professional Fellow at Ashland University (Ashland, Ohio), where he taught employment law. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and serves on the board of the Butler-Warren Society for Human Resource Management.
