Experience Marc is a Senior Associate in the firm's commercial litigation department, where his practice is primarily focused on commercial/business litigation, including both trial and appellate work, in Florida courts. Marc's experience includes complex contract disputes, real estate litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, business tort and trade secret litigation and commercial landlord/tenant disputes. Background Marc was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and was raised in Los Altos, California and Charlottesville, Virginia. Marc attended Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. After graduation, Marc moved to Washington, D.C., where he worked as a paralegal for Shaw Pittman LLP prior to moving to Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law. Marc interned for The Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida in the summer of 2005 and spring of 2006.
