Ann is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Finance Practice Group. Her practice group focuses on commercial finance, troubled loan workouts and real estate. She represents a number of national, regional, and local banks and non-bank lenders, as well as borrowers, in all aspects of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including real estate construction loans for many different types of commercial real estate and loans to residential developers, permanent real estate loans, loans for health care facilities, loans secured by many types of personal or business assets, asset-based lending, community development loans, loans to non-profit entities, financing for investments of high net worth individuals, and loan purchases and sales.
Representative Experience
Represented Bank of America in a revolving credit facility for a company secured by real estate tax certificates issued by multiple taxing authorities.
Represented Bank of America, as agent, in syndicated secured revolving line of credit to issuer of C-grade automobile loans.
Represented Bank of America in a series of term loans and line of credit for a company and its subsidiaries and a large restaurant group in the Washington, D.C. area.
Represented Bank of America in credit facilities (including an acquisition line and working capital line) for a company and its subsidiaries.
