Margaret B. Angel concentrates her practice in public finance law and has provided services as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, letter of credit bank counsel and trustee's counsel . She has represented clients in matters involving health care finance, housing bonds, 501(c)(3) bonds, higher education issues, governmental bonds and industrial development bonds.

· Acted as underwriter's counsel and remarketing agent's counsel in the issuance of $48 million Variable Rate Demand Bonds, Series A of 2008 by Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority for Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

· Served as bank counsel for the provision for a liquidity facility for $60.8 million Single Family Mortgage Variable Rate Demand Revenue Bonds issued by Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.

· Served as authority counsel to State Public School Building Authority regarding nearly $25 million Variable Rate Demand Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 A and Series 2009 B (South Park School District Project).

· Served as bond counsel and borrower's counsel with regard to the $50 million Adjustable Rate Demand Revenue Bonds, Series 2008 A and B issued by Allegheny County Industrial Development Authority for Vincential Collaborative System.

· Acted as bond counsel for the issuance by Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority of its Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series of 2007 in the amount of $131.6 million.

· Acted as borrower's counsel with regard to $252.5 million New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority, State Contract Bonds, Series 2008 A.
