Molly works on a variety of business law matters including private placements of securities, investment advisor and other securities regulatory matters, and corporate acquisitions and sales, as well as contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. Molly represents clients in private placement transactions involving state and federal securities regulatory work, and has experience in public offerings and public company reporting
