Meg Canby concentrates her practice in the area of matrimonial law.
Ms. Canby's experience includes representing clients before the matrimonial and family court judges in New York City, Brooklyn, Westchester, and Nassau Counties on any number of matters. She has assisted on trials and depositions, and engaged in substantial discovery and motion practice. She has also made contributions to the drafting of a number of briefs submitted to the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments, and the Court of Appeals.
Ms. Canby was formerly a legal services attorney for DC37 Municipal Employees Legal Services. She handled hundreds of matrimonial cases in the courts of New York City's five boroughs before joining Blank Rome in 1997.
