Margaret Diamond is of counsel in the firm's New Orleans office. She practices in the area of products liability. A former appeals court law clerk, she also concentrates in appellate litigation in many areas of practice. Working with attorneys throughout the firm, Margaret regularly drafts and assists in the preparation of briefs and other appellate pleadings in both state and federal litigation. Her experience and interest in legal writing carries over to professional activities, including teaching and lecture assignments at the University of New Orleans Paralegal Institute and Tulane Law School. Margaret is a long-time member of neighborhood groups in New Orleans' French Quarter, where she resides in an 1850 townhouse.
