It is mainly run by two partners and that is why it's production capacity is limited. If the Firm subscribes to assignments, it provides premium service. I would recommend it to handle most important legal cases and not for routine assignments. December 6, 2007 MARGULYAN & RACHMILOVICH has served as outside counsel to Mediaservices Ltd. in areas of general corporate and copyright law. The firm's attorneys have also successfully represented our company in a long-lasting litigation involving copyright infringement charges brought by several major western record companies (EMI; Universal; Warner). The plaintiffs has claimed that the infringement occurred in the process of distribution of mp3 files through the internet site ALLOFMP3.COM. Trial court rejected all charges, and its decision was further upheld by appelate court. The case progress has been followed by Russian and western media.
