Maria A. Dantas

Maria A. Dantas has represented financial institutions and borrowers in lending transactions, generally involving large commercial loans secured by mortgages, leases, account receivables, securities and other forms of commercial property. She also has experience in life insurance premium financing transactions. She has represented lenders in default issues requiring workouts. She has also worked closely with trustees and bondholders in connection with issuance and workout of taxable and tax-exempt debt securities. Ms. Dantas has additional experience in transactions involving the purchase and sale of assets.
