Trademark Owners Beware of Chinese Domain Name Marketing Ploy
Maria Crimi Speth, October 1, 2009, previously published by www.jaburgwilk.com on Fall 2009
Some marketing ploys are pretty clever and some spam is brilliantly disguised as valid e-mail. The trademark office publishes the contact information of all trademark owners and savvy marketers and scammers sometimes use that information to try to sell you services you do not need.
