Draftsperson of Rulings in the First District Civil Court, 1996; Legal Advisor in the Ministry of Governance, 1997-1999; Attorney specializing in Intellectual Property since 2000; Founder (2006) and current Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the law firm JARQUIN - GARCIA. Lecturer on Intellectual Property Law at the School of Legal Sciences of Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) from 2007 to date. Professor of Intellectual Property Law for undergraduate education and postgraduate programs at Universidad Americana (UAM), 2011. Recognition: Selected by Latin Lawyer magazine as one of Latin America's leading Intellectual Property specialists, 2005. Honored Member of the Who's Who registry of professionals and executives due to her outstanding leadership and achievement in her area of practice, 2010. |
