Marie-Christine Hivon has considerable experience in civil, commercial and regulatory litigation. She represents clients before all the courts and tribunals of Quebec. She is also active in public procurement litigation and energy law, representing clients before regulatory agencies and administrative tribunals, particularly in rate applications and complaints.
Ms. Hivon also practises in the areas of product liability, construction law, insurance and professional liability. She has been involved in a number of cases involving insurance companies and professionals, including accountants, doctors and lawyers.
