Marie Diveley is counsel in the firm's Torts Group and practices out of the Washington, D.C. office. She represents corporations faced with mass tort, product liability and other tort actions throughout the United States. Marie is an experienced litigator with an emphasis in complex scientific and medical issues, expert witness development and expert challenges. Her sense for strategic management of multi-state litigation for national clients and innovative approach to established litigation has resulted in successfully argued dispositive motions, exclusion of opposing experts and early resolution of cases for her clients.
Marie is active in pro bono work and the public interest community.
