Marie-Eve Dufresne is a partner in our Litigation Group in Montréal. As part of her practice, Ms. Dufresne represents clients in various sectors of law, more particularly in the areas of professional liability, health and administrative law, as well as general and commercial litigation.
She pleads before civil courts as well as various administrative tribunals and quasi-judicial boards.
Ms. Dufresne received her bachelor of civil law from the Université de Montréal in 1998. Having completed her studies at the Québec Bar School in 1999, she studied at the Instituto Angloamericano de México D.F. Ms. Dufresne joined the firm of McCarthy Tétrault as a student in 1998, where she was called to the Québec Bar in May 2000 and was named partner in 2006.
