Marie-Hélène Beaudoin is an associate in our Litigation Group in Montréal. Her practice includes commercial litigation; corporate law; professional liability; securities litigation; class actions; product liability; and appeals.

She acts for many multinationals, which she advises in connection with large province-wide and nation-wide cases.

Ms. Beaudoin is a member of the board of directors of the Young Bar Association of Montréal and serves as the chairperson of its Research and Legislation Committee. She regularly posts articles on the committee's blog entitled Blogue du CRL and has contributed to several publications published by Éditions Yvon Blais, including one entitled La Référence. She has also appeared at several conferences concerning, among others, the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure intended to prevent improper use of the courts.

Ms. Beaudoin received her LL.B. (with distinction) and LL.M. from the Université de Montréal in 2005 and 2006, respectively. She was called to the Québec bar in 2007.
