Marie Mueller assists the firm's senior litigators with all aspects of case management and analysis, in depth legal research and writing, and trial preparation. Marie's cases focus on product liability defense, insurance defense, and other complex litigation matters. Marie served as a writer and editor on the Boston College Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. Marie and her partner won the intramural Negotiations Competition at BC Law, and she brings her ability to craft creative arguments and view problems from all angles to her work at Friedman, Gaythwaite, Wolf & Leavitt.
Marie and her husband Zack are both originally from Massachusetts. They attended Bates College together and were married in August 2010. They reside in Portland and enjoy travel, cooking together, the Red Sox, watching Jeopardy, and exploring the cultural and outdoor offerings of their adopted home state.
