Marie-Josée Marcoux is an associate in the Real Property and Planning Group in Montréal. Her practice deals with financing matters as well as real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including cross-border financings for multinationals, syndicated financings, acquisition financings, taking of security interests on a nation-wide scale and the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate portfolios.
Ms. Marcoux holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) from the University of Sherbrooke, Co-op Program.
Ms. Marcoux is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Young Bar Association of Montréal. She was called to the Québec bar in 2009.
