Marin Babb is an associate in the Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher Los Angeles office. She practices in the firm's Corporate Department.
Ms. Babb earned her law degree from Stanford Law School, where she served on the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance as the Development Editor and an Article Editor. She was a research and teaching assistant for Stanford Law School's corporate deals course, and a judicial extern to the Honorable S. James Otero of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Ms. Babb graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with dual undergraduate degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in cinema and television studies, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Ms. Babb is a member of the California Bar and the Business Law Section of the California Bar. She is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
