| Biography | Mario Abrioux is a partner in our Tax Group in Toronto. He has a general corporate tax practice, which focuses on capital market transactions and reorganizations. Mr. Abrioux received his BA (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta in 1997, and his LLB from the University of British Columbia in 2002, where he was awarded the Stikeman Elliot/Carswell award in Taxation Law. Mr. Abrioux was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
