He has extensive jury trial and non jury trial experience. Mario has been a Florida Supreme Court mediator since 2003 and a member of the American Arbitration Association Complex Commercial/Construction Arbitration Panel. Background: Mario was born in Artemisa, Cuba and raised in South Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
