| Biography | Marita Nogueiras obtained her Bachelor's degree from UCLA and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of California. After passing the bar, she opened her own office in Downey, California, where she has resided since 1984. Daughter of Cuban and Spanish immigrants, Marita is fluent in both English and Spanish.
