Practice Focus
Ms. Disler's practice concentrates on regulatory compliance and litigation concerning state and federal environmental laws and the impact of environmental issues on real estate and business transactions. Her litigation practice also encompasses commercial and other civil matters.
Professional Activities / Honors
· Ms. Disler was a law clerk for the Honorable David F. Bauman, New Jersey Superior Court, Monmouth County, where her responsibilities included preparation of bench memoranda on dissolution and discovery issues and research and analysis of family law matters.
· As a law school student, Ms. Disler was a member of the International Law Society and the Brooklyn Law School Real Estate Society, and earned CALI Awards for Excellence in both Legal Writing and Comparative Mass Media Law.
