Mark defends clients in matters involving toxic tort, product liability and personal injury law. Representing clients in the manufacturing and chemical industries, he concentrates his practice in cases alleging industrial explosions and exposure to asbestos. Mark also focuses extensively on product liability and construction defect cases involving various commercial products.
Overseeing the management of client teams for several mid-sized toxic tort clients, Mark develops defense strategies, manages discovery and fact investigation, deposes fact and expert witnesses, and prepares cases for trial. He is also responsible for managing the product liability docket for a client in the fiber cement siding industry. Mark has extensive motion practice experience.
Handling guardianship cases of adults and minors from start to finish, Mark is experienced in drafting and filing guardianship petitions and managing the process and procedures of service, notice and hearing on the petition.
