Mark Schmidt is a partner in the Vancouver office of Davis LLP where he is engaged in a corporate and commercial practice with a particular emphasis on real estate matters. He is actively involved in both corporate and real estate acquisitions, financings, commercial real estate developments, and office and retail leasing. In addition, Mr. Schmidt has experience in various aspects of both the British Columbia forestry industry and the telecommunications industry.
Originally from Vancouver, Mr. Schmidt obtained his law degree from Dalhousie University and his commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1988. He is a continuing contributor to publications of the Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C.
