Mark Schultheis is the chair of the firm's Litigation Department. He has tried numerous jury trials. He has a broad litigation practice and has handled cases in the areas of commercial litigation, medical and professional malpractice, product liability, life insurance, fire litigation, construction litigation, environmental litigation, intellectual property, contract disputes, personal injury, and other torts. Mark is a Fellow in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.
He has appellate experience in the Iowa Supreme Court, Iowa Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
