Mark Finsterwald is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex litigation in several different areas of business disputes, including contract, real estate, corporate governance, intellectual property, and international law.
Mark has an active pro bono practice in which he represents clients in domestic violence matters, and he has also drafted amicus curiae briefs on immigration law issues in federal court.
As a law student, Mark was an Articles Development Editor of the Journal of Law & Politics. Prior to law school, Mark worked as a paralegal concentrating in the areas of government strategies, health care, and administrative law.
