As a senior partner in the business law practice, Mark Clark has decades of experience advising parties in secured transactions, equipment leasing, state rule-making proceedings, resolution of construction disputes, organizing qualified cogeneration projects, business acquisitions, and reorganization and liquidation of insolvent businesses (banks and insurance companies, as well as general business organizations)
Mark has played an extensive role in firm governance. He formerly headed the Bankruptcy Practice Group, and has served both as a member of the firm's Executive Committee and as one of Foley Hoag's co-managing partners.
