Mark Wheeler is a partner at our Toronto office. Mark was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 1983 and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 1981 from the University of Toronto.

ˇ Represented New Dawn Mining Corp. in connection with its initial public offering and concurrent listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
ˇ Represented Frontera Copper Corporation in connection with its initial public offering of common shares and warrants, and concurrent listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
ˇ Represented Frontera Copper Corporation in connection with two successive prospectus offerings of senior unsecured notes to raise gross proceeds of approximately $90 million.
ˇ Represented Tiomin Resources Inc. in connection with prospectus offering of subscription receipts to raise gross proceeds of $50 million.
