Mark Arnzen is a member of the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on representing public and private companies, small businesses, and individuals in a wide range of complex litigation. Mark has appeared before both Ohio and Kentucky State and Federal Courts and he has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Ohio First District Court of Appeals.
