Biography

Mark has an active trial practice in state and federal courts from coast to coast. He represents parties in varied areas of litigation including medical services and products liability litigation.

Mark's emphasis is in the health care industry relating to the delivery of services by professionals, hospitals, laboratories and other medical services providers. He has managed litigation alleging negligence in medical testing and also has substantial experience with pharmaceutical products.

Mark defends toxic tort cases alleging chemical exposure, defect and release of substances such as asbestos, acids and rocket fuel (hydrazine). He defends cases relating to a wide range of vehicular products pertaining to over-the-road and off-highway vehicles. He also has extensive experience with industrial equipment and components including gaskets, compressors, turbines, presses and hydraulic and electrical equipment.
