    MARK J. LEAVY is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. He focuses his practice in employment litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Mark represents employers in all types of employment-related cases, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour actions, and, injunction and damage actions involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
