Throughout his career, Mark has dealt with diverse intellectual property legal matters. His practice has concentrated mostly in patent litigation and patent prosecution matters globally, including extensive experience before the U.S. Patent Office. Mark's practice also includes work regarding patent validity and infringement opinions, trademark registration and intellectual property client counseling. His clientele includes both domestic and international businesses.
Mark holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, which also lends itself to his practice of intellectual property law, involving semiconductor processing methods, LCD and electroluminescent display technology, cancer treatment and medicaments, magnetic recording mediums, medical devices and beverage-ware technologies and patents.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mark was a shareholder at Cook Alex Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois.
