When not reading agreements and franchise disclosure documents, Mark is preparing for his next Olympic-distance triathlon. Mark has completed numerous half and full marathons, but now finds himself primarily running around after his toddler son.
With a passion for food and culture, Mark and his wife have filled their passports with trips to the Far East, including Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Viet Nam, Myanmar (Burma) and Cambodia, as well as Australia and Europe.
