Representative Experience
Represent several large entrepreneurial buyers and pension funds in their Atlanta real estate acquisition, loan work out, note and debt purchases.
Represent the developer of an 1,500 acre mixed-use managed development on Lake Oconee, in Georgia.
Represent several national hotel companies in their acquisitions, dispositions and financings, including one of the largest hotel franchisors in the country in a variety of real estate related endeavors, including lease transactions within the hotels and in the hotel company's subordinate financing and mezzanine loan program.
Represent several of the most active local office developers in their acquisition, development, leasing and property management work in the Atlanta area.
Recently represented the developers of several large mixed-use condominium developments.
Recent transactions include the lease-up of over 1,000,000 square feet of office space in both the Buckhead and Perimeter sub-markets. I am involved in, on average, between three and four of the 25 largest leasing transactions (by square footage leased) in the City of Atlanta every year.
Recently represented a major office user in the negotiation of a 450,000-square foot office lease for a three-building corporate campus headquarters, and another user in a 500,000 square foot office lease in two high-rises, and generally do "large-tenant" corporate real estate leases.
