Background
Mark Lau is an associate in our Securities and Capital Markets Group at our Toronto office. Mark was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2010. He graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law with a LL.B. in 2009. Prior to his legal studies, he received a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialist in Accounting and a major in Economics from the University of Toronto in 2006.
Mark was a summer student and an articling student at both the Toronto and Vancouver offices before joining the firm as an associate in 2010. Mark also speaks Cantonese.
