Mark M. Brown is a senior attorney of the firm practicing with the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group.
Areas of Concentration. Mark's practice involves a wide range of employee plan issues, including plan qualification and correction issues, prohibited transactions, nonqualified deferred compensation, and continuation coverage requirements for group health plans. He is experienced in the design and drafting of qualified retirement plans, tax-deferred annuity plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, stock option plans, cafeteria plans, and other welfare benefit plans. Clients for which he has worked include major corporations, schools, hospitals, and investment companies and advisers.
