Mark Bodin is a member in the firm's New Orleans office practicing in the litigation section.
Litigation
Mark has nearly twenty years of experience defending a variety of product manufacturers with primary emphasis on automotive litigation. He has a particular interest in the defense of air bag claims. Mark's degree in chemical engineering has enabled him to provide special insight into claims involving chemical plants and refineries. Mark has also defended consumer class actions, and has handled commercial litigation.
Mark has experience handling litigation pending in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and Mississippi.
