Mark N. Thorsrud

Mr. Thorsrud is a shareholder whose practice emphasizes insurance coverage and insurance defense matters. His experience includes product liability, professional liability, construction defects and injuries, and environmental remediation, with an emphasis on environmental coverage litigation. He is a past chairperson of the Northwest Environmental Claims Association. He has given numerous lectures
and presentations on environmental issues, and was a co-author of "Insurance Coverage for Pollution Liability in Washington: What Constitutes an ‘Occurrence’? The Insurer’s Perspective," Gonzaga Law Review.
