Mark Donohue has been admitted to practice law in New York State since 1984. He has over 20 years of experience in defense litigation handling all aspects of the litigation from the initial appearance to the final appeal. He has had scores of trials and appeals during his years of practice. Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of premises liability, labor law, product liability and insurance issues including coverage and UM/SUM.
Mark has given numerous CLE presentations for the New York State Bar Association. He possesses an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available rating.
