Consumer Financial Services His practice includes the representation of banks, finance companies, mortgage companies and savings and loans, advising them on regulatory compliance for consumer loan documentation, e-commerce, underwriting, acquisitions and divestitures, warehouse and other commercial financing, insurance and structured finance. Mark serves as outside counsel to Wolters Kluwer Financial Service's CompliSource, an on-line regulatory compliance tool covering consumer finance products in all fifty states.
