| Biography | Mark Sullivan is an associate in Klein Glasser Park Lowe & Pelstring P.L.'s professional liability division. His practice focuses on the defense of professional liability claims with an emphasis on claims involving legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, bar grievances and other claims brought against lawyers by former clients and/or opponents, as well as defense of other professionals, and the defense of general liability, and complex civil claims. Past professional experience includes defense of automobile negligence claims, including trial participation and one first chair jury trial. Mr. Sullivan earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, and his B.A. in English Literature with minor in Russian Language from the University of Tennessee. While in law school he was an associate editor and notes editor for The Review of Litigation, and was awarded the Dean's Achievement Award in Mass Media Law.
Mr. Sullivan was also deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba from February to December of 2002 while a reservist in the United States Marine Corps, where he also distinguished himself by graduating first in his class of approximately 200 Marines at the Marine Corps School of Infantry in 1999.
