Mark represents debtors, creditors and committees in insolvency proceedings. In business bankruptcy matters, he assists clients nationally in developing reorganization plans and advises on strategies to maximize recoveries at all stages of the bankruptcy process.
Mark has extensive experience in food industry bankruptcies, representing clients at each stage of the supply chain. He has also represented creditors in large fraud and Ponzi scheme cases and was instrumental in forging a settlement in the largest cattle fraud scheme in U.S. history. He served on the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Local Rules for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri from 2000 to 2002.
